Role:
We are pleased to announce that Zilefni has been promoted to the newly created role of Product Development Manager. In this role, she will lead a newly created department to drive product strategy that supports our growth objectives while aligning business priorities with the MEGA 2030 initiatives.
Zilefni will play a key role in accelerating time to market and strengthening collaboration across the U.S. commercial team, R&D, and manufacturing. She will report to Eric Petersen, Director of Marketing, and will be based in the Pelham office.
Background:
Zilefni brings a strong and diverse background spanning engineering, business intelligence, demand planning, and marketing. She relocated to the U.S. office in 2024, most recently serving as Marketing Strategy Manager. Prior to her move, she was Head of Business Intelligence, where she led strategic planning and portfolio management initiatives.
Outside of work, Zilefni enjoys dancing, traveling, and going on adventures.
