Role:
Alvin Partridge is the new Director of Operations for Spradling. His key responsibilities in this role will include managing manufacturing and warehouse operations at multiple production sites, overseeing raw material purchasing, and monitoring inventory levels across these locations. He will also lead continuous improvement efforts and oversee production, inventory, and procurement planning meetings to ensure efficient operation of all production processes.

Background:
Alvin spent four years as a Continuous Improvement Manager, driving cost savings and efficiency through Lean Six Sigma initiatives and leading the plant's transition to 24/7 operations. Alvin worked for three years as a Production and Inventory Control Analyst, overseeing scheduling and service-level forecasting using demand and inventory data. He improved the Inventory Quality Ratio by reducing excess stock, refining scheduling, and supporting operational excellence through multiple Six Sigma initiatives.
Alvin lives in Cleveland, TN, where he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering for his favorite football team, the Detroit Lions, and exploring new places through travel.
